My Partner bought my engagement ring from them in December in order to propose at Christmas. Ebony could not have been more accomodating from choosing ring size to keeping him up to date regarding when the ring would be ready for collection. He managed to pick it up very soon after ordering.

Popped into Ebony Jewellers on a whim whilst in Chichester to ask whether they could clean my wedding, engagement and eternity rings. They took them then and there, cleaned them up a treat and at no charge. What amazing service! I'd go straight to Ebony if I desired any more jewellery in future.

Quite simply, the best Jewlers in Chichester. Have been using the services of Ebony Jewellers for many years now. Mostly for jewellery repairs and modifications etc. The service is always friendly, efficient and the workmanship of very high quality indeed. Beautiful shop and there’s loads of choice ranging from beautiful antique/ vintage pieces to brand new modern day rings that can be made to order!

Lovely family run staff and the goldsmith upstairs did and unbelievable job fixing my mothers ring!

I met with Simon and Mary, who were kind and knowledgable. They took the time to look at a beautiful sapphire cluster ring with me and were very honest when I suggested trading in my trilogy sapphire ring. In short, my sapphire was a small Burmese compared to this Ceylon sapphire and they explained to me I would be taking a stone of a lesser colour. I was ever so grateful for their honesty.

A few days later, I love the cluster but miss my original ring due to sentimental reasons.

I contacted Ebony and arranged to come in as soon as I could. The lovely Seamus and Cian sourced my trilogy ring back and kindly took a look at some old gold jewellery as an alternative trade. Ebony’s gave me a very good price and allowed me to settle the balance of the cluster ring.

I now have two very sentimental rings for life and many reasons to make Ebony my jeweller of choice for years to come.

If you haven’t sourced your jewellery through this wonderful family, you are sorely missing out!

I asked for a particular ring for my partner and they couldn’t be more helpful in sourcing this item. Other jewellers in Chichester were not helpful at all, just said what a customer doesn’t want to hear. But this family run business couldn’t be anymore helpful and sent me lots of photos of what I was looking for. After a few weeks they got me the ring! And what a great ring it was. The communication was on point and delivered to the timelines I expected. Don’t bother going to any jewellery chains, this is a personable service and you get awesome results. I will always go to Simon/Seamus for future items, fantastic service.
